Simply the best!

Gerald is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He is on top of things and his communication skills are impeccable. Even when there was nothing going on, and the other party was being slow and non responsive, Gerald would keep us updated and let us know exactly what he was doing to speed things along. He’s the kind of person you want in your corner because he’ll fight for you and advocate for what’s in your best interest while being respectful. Wherever we called him, he would answer on the first ring and responded very promptly to all texts and emails. Our transaction took longer than expected because the other party didn’t seem to know what they were doing, but I felt at ease because I knew Gerald was on top of it. He’s knowledgeable, reliable, ethical and a pleasure to work with. We will never work with anyone else. He is the hardest working agent out there. I would recommend him to all friends and family.
