What can I say about Gerald! He was amazing the entire process. During this seller's market as a buyer, Gerald always reassured my husband and I that we'd find our home. We loved that Gerald was able to listen to both of our needs but also took the time to get to know us. He always sent homes that he knew we'd like and was always ready to go when we were to go look at homes. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Gerald was ontop of everything and made everything run smooth and quick. I can't say enough about how well he handled things ---and sold my property right away for many thousands over the asking price. My property was an occupied rental and Gerald arranged everything with a minimum disturbance to the tenants. This experience was in stark contrast to the sale of my other income property with another agent with over 40 years experience.
When you are purchasing a home, it can be overwhelming. Your real estate agent could either alleviate the stress, or make it worse.
