George has better understanding of the market and the real estate rules. He is a good negotiator and always shows his professionalism.

George is hands down the best realtor that I have dealt with. He is incredibly responsive, honest, and didn't stop until we sold our house. He made us feel like his only client. 10/10. He was very knowledgeable and explained about the closing and even walked me thru on how to do POA for me as my mother was not present at the time of the closing.I would recommend George to anyone for buying or selling!

Mr. Williams was very friendly and patient with us. We had to see a couple of houses before settling on one and Mr. Williams was patient enough to walkthrough all the houses with us, for the n number of times. He also took care of us and made sure we had the right house we were looking for. He didn’t try to sell a house but rather tried to make sure we got our dream home. Every process with Mr. Williams was very smooth. Definitely a 100/10.
