George Vujnovich

I thoroughly enjoyed working with George Vujnovich and Jennifer Stojanovich at Better Homes Realty in Clayton to sell my condo. Mine was a hard property to sell. It was a below market rate unit and required city approval at every turn, the complex had a very low 35% owner occupancy rate, and I was trying to sell it during the holidays. George and Jennifer masterfully handled the entire transaction. They even identified the only two lenders that would loan on a below market rate unit with low owner occupancy and referred potential buyers to those lenders. I needed to sell quickly and George and Jennifer were prompt and moved the process along faster than my wildest dreams. They were honest, skilled, and enjoyable to work with. I am so grateful to have had them as my realtors and can't recommend them more highly!
