As one knows moving is stressful & selling a home doubles it. George's listening skills, understanding what a seller or buyer may experience helped me a great deal. He never rushed me thru my many questions. He truly is knowledgeable in real estate & explained the market thoroughly & came up with a great selling price. Which the house sold for more! He kept me updated on the selling progress. His professionalism is above & beyond. During the selling of the home i was preparing the home for moving & caring for my elderly father & there were moments i was not pleasant & George always asked what was going on & encourage me to do a little bit a day. He never lost his cool. No issue kept him from finding a solution with the buyer. Patience & problem solver is another professional skills.
