We were new to Staten Island and had very little knowledge of the area, let alone the real estate market. In the 10-year-old video, he was actually coaching other realtors through a dip in the market. A realtor's realtor who had such longevity in the profession was someone we knew we wanted representing us. He took the time to learn our criteria and guided us to matching neighborhoods. He is always available by phone or text, and, in the rare occasions he doesn't know the answer, he will find out for you in less than 24 hours. We never had any problems getting into homes, some even the same day. His reputation on Staten Island amongst real estate agents precedes him in the best way possible. Whenever we mentioned his name to the seller's agent--they all knew him (a fair number he even taught the real estate business)--the interaction immediately changed to one where they knew we were serious buyers. His negotiation experience, market knowledge, and knowing our bottom line made negotiations quick and allowed us to move on to other properties until we found a suitable home. His connections are invaluable, and his resolve to work for you and become your "realtor for life" as he likes to say is unmatched in our experience. True to his word, he continued to answer our texts and calls even after we closed, giving us advice, connecting us with realtors to assist us with our real estate needs halfway across the country. His business and trade connections came in extremely handy after we closed as well. His network is truly national, and the same reputation he has in Staten Island for honest and efficient real estate transactions continues outside of Staten Island.
