I was pessimistic about how much we would get for the home. George encouraged me to list it at a higher amount and to be more comfortable with the whole process.

George persuaded us to list the home at an amount higher than I thought was possible because he believed the market was strong. After an offer was made, he encouraged us to counter in a way that resulted in a subsequent higher offer. My wife and I understand if not for George, we would have sold the home for much less.

From the first interview, George was the realtor that had the highest estimate of the home's worth. He was able to clearly detail why it was worth more than the other realtors suggested, and who to market to as potential buyers. He was also the only realtor that took the time to look back to when the last truly comparable property sold, to get a true estimate. When it was put on the market, he took the time to educate other realtors as to why the house commanded the value it did. When the first offer was made, it was insulting low, partly because the other realtor had not actually even bothered to visit the house. George again took the time to correct the misperceptions, and they accepted the counter offer. After the inspection, George again educated the other realtor about the legal validity of what was suggested, preventing a loss in value based on false pretenses. Through the whole process, George has been great to work with, and his experience has saved me greatly in lost value.
George is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient. My house sold within days of listing and holding an open house. George was also instrumental in obtaining contractors and assisted with oversight of work when I had personal issues to address prior to a very tight timeline for closing. I highly recommend him!
