George is a very professional, knowledgeable, and hard working realtor! He lives in our development, so we felt confident George could sell our home with ease, and that he did!! We were away during many of the issues and transactions that arose, and George handled all matters without skipping a beat. We are VERY grateful to George for selling the home that we had lived in for 26 years and would highly recommend him to anyone selling or purchasing a home!!

George could have accepted a decent offer on our house that would have been about $10-15k lower. His commission would have been about at $200 difference. Instead he fought for us to get asking price, knowing that the house was priced well and should not be undercut by buyers.

George did a great job with the selling of our home. His knowledge of the industry is a HUGE asset!! He knew things the other agents had no clue about (septic etc.).

George's knowledge of the industry was key in getting our home sold in Hockessin! He was a pleasure to deal with and he made every effort to get our home sold quickly, and at the price we wanted!!

George Manolakos did an outstanding job for us in selling our house.

George was easy to communicate with, always available and full of excellent advice

George was able to provide us with all information we needed for houses in the area we were looking for. He came with us to the builder and helped us with the negotiation. He is very professional and also is pleasant to work with.

We enjoyed working with George. His recommended listing price was well above another agency's price. We happy with the outcome. Thanks George!

My husband and I are both commercial brokers, so we are well acquainted with the process of using a broker and the criteria of a good broker. When we decided to move out of state we searched the web and reviewed the resumes of a number of top Delaware brokers. In comparing their accomplishments, we felt George Manolakos of Patterson-Schwartz was the most accomplished, and his performance throughout the transaction showed that evaluation to be well founded. He is professional, knowledgable, personable and patient. We were very happy and would not hesitate to recommend George and Patterson-Schwartz.

We had very specific criteria for our home search, and we wanted a broker who had the experience to help us find the perfect home. George Manolakos took the time to listen to us, and then found us exactly what we were seeking. He is professional, knowledgable and personable, not to mention patient--a perfect combination! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

George provided great advice and recommendations regarding what current buyer’s would expect from our property; very informative on the real-estate market specific to our zip code and especially knowledgeable regarding pricing parameters. It was a pleasure to work with George again! He gets the job done effectively and efficiently.

George was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy and pain free.
