My experience with George was extraordinary. My unorthodox house purchase took 5 months after renegotiating new plumbing, electrical, and a new roof. George was thorough and helpful every step of the way. I purchased from out of state and he really instilled confidence with his guidance and reassurance. He always made sure we were happy with what we were doing and still kept in touch even after selling us the home and making sure all was okay! George helped me through the entire sale process despite many difficulties with the property. We had to find title paperwork from the original mobile home that was converted to a house. We had two prospective buyers fall through. Then we had to readjust our approach by offering the house up for sale as a rent-to-own while we fixed a few more issues to pass the inspections. George used his knowledge and expertise to navigate all these difficulties while continuing to communicate with me every step of the way so we could all work together for successful sale of the house.
