George's estimate based on the other homes sold in the area to sell my house was right in line with the appraiser. George was always ready to help and answer any questions regarding the sale and preparation of the house. If he did not have the answer, he would find out and made sure to respond back at a later time. Very gungho and eager to sell and negotiate and/or challenge the appraisal.
