I have watched Geni for several years operate in the Plano - Frisco area and she is truly masterful. One of her best characteristics is her ability to anticipate problems and head them off to help her client, whether buyer or seller, keep the deal moving forward. I recall one situation that involved a divorcing couple, in a short sale. Husband totally uncooperative, and they had an IRS Tax Lien that would have stopped the sale. Geni got negotiated the lien away and stayed on the short sale ultimately getting the property closed! It was an amazing feat and most Realtors I know would have walked away - not worth their time, but not Geni! Don't hire Geni as a seller or buyer unless you want the VERY BEST!
