Geni Manning

Seldom have I encountered an individual with the industry knowledge, character, attitude and integrity that I have found in Geni Manning. She has every base covered as both a buyers or a sellers agent. I have personally watched as she took a listing and within 3 days of that listing bein on the market had no less than 15 offers and sold the property for $80K above listing price. Geni has proven to me multiple time that she has earned the title "Master of Real Estate." There is none better than Geni! She will be my go-to Realtor every single time I buy or sell property.

I have watched Geni for several years operate in the Plano - Frisco area and she is truly masterful. One of her best characteristics is her ability to anticipate problems and head them off to help her client, whether buyer or seller, keep the deal moving forward. I recall one situation that involved a divorcing couple, in a short sale. Husband totally uncooperative, and they had an IRS Tax Lien that would have stopped the sale. Geni got negotiated the lien away and stayed on the short sale ultimately getting the property closed! It was an amazing feat and most Realtors I know would have walked away - not worth their time, but not Geni! Don't hire Geni as a seller or buyer unless you want the VERY BEST!

I can't say enough how grateful I am to work with Geni. She is beyond expectation. Geni was like my best friend trying to help me selling my house. She is very easy to reach and fast responding. I never felt pressure of making decision but got very honest opinion and expert advise.  Doesn't matter how small or big is the project she was always there and helped me with her wonderful team. I won't work with anyone else but her in future. Surely, I recommand her to whoever looking for house or selling it. I worked with other good real estate agents in past and in my opinion, Geni is the best of the best and  whoever has her as real estate agent is blessed.
