We've been working with Gene since 1984 on numerous residential, commercial and warehouse projects. He has consistently provided creative insightful solutions to the challenges of these markets, in many cases resulting in higher profits. This recent sale was our personal home we designed and built in 1990 so it was not an easy decision and had many emotional ties. Gene helped keep us on track selling it above appraised value in less than a month. Easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the local markets.

Cathy and I have been working with Gene since purchasing our first home in Sarasota in 1984. We've worked with Gene ever since on two more personnel residences as well as several condo, office and warehouse investments. They have all been successful beyond our expectations. Gene demonstrates creativity and a very broad knowledge in his approach to the market place. One example, converting an office/warehouse complex to condominiums and thereby increasing the ultimate selling price over 25%. In all our real estate transactions, we always know Gene has our back, our best interest as his focus and that he will "Cover All the Bases".

I've know Gene over 50 years and we've worked together on residential, commercial and warehouse projects both independently and as partners. I can say his honesty and integrity are never compromised, he always has his clients back... He just listed and sold a rental property we owned over the past 10 years. We closed for more 15% over the price we had in mind. Several inspection issues arose during the negotiations and when it looked like the deal might fall through, Gene always came up with a tenable solution and stuck with the plan even as the Pandemic grew in scale each day. Closing was on March 31, 2020 and as has been the case every time we've worked together, there were happy Buyers and Sellers at the closing.

Gene helped find our first home that we purchased over 25 years ago in Bradenton Fl at Bay Lake Estates. When we decided to return to Florida and purchase a winter home we were delighted to find Gene still doing what he does best. That alone tells you something about Gene. For this house hunting we were very happy that Gene could sign us up on a private MLS account. We gave Gene all our search criteria and on our own time we could pick our favorites, that Gene was copied on. It gave us a good idea of the market after a couple weeks and gave Gene knowledge of exactly what we wanted, really saving both parties a lot of time. I recommend Gene, he is a savy, smart, no pressure guy who really wants to find you the house of your dreams.
