Gene was very diligent, professional and knowledgeable helping to find a home knowing our time-frame was limited. Everyday Gene had his route mapped out for showing and what I admired most his awareness of issues within some of the property; that was a big plus for me, looking at property so much you missed. This Yankee can sure sell a house. We listed our house a bit on the high side and he nicely walked us through all the needs before it could be listed. We got the house ready and he helped with anything that he could. Once the house was listed he was a man with a plan. I don't think any other agent would have gotten us what we received. The best thing Gene did was deal with the other agent. He was very new to the business and wasted tons of time on nonsense (tried to extend the due diligence the last day period b/c he was celebrating someone's birthday). Gene basically did both their jobs without a bit of complaining. I have recommended Gene to a few family members and friends and all of them have had great success with him as their agent. I will be using him again soon as I start to look for my first rental property.
