Gene was able to walk us through each home efficiently. He was able to explain and show concerning items and highlights of each house to allow us to make the best choice possible. When I was able to come to look in person, he had the day mapped out and if we had time to add houses on the way, we did. As we made offers, he was able to help us through the negotiations by educating us and making sure we were absolutely comfortable. We had a couple of offers accepted and Gene came with me through the inspections and talk about what the cost of things found could be and gave us the information needed to either walk away or move forward. We eventually landed on the most amazing home. We could not be happier with the home or with Gene service to us. Gene provided us with the best possible outcome with our home search. Gene was very diligent, professional and knowledgeable helping to find a home knowing our time-frame was limited. Everyday Gene had his route mapped out for showing and what I admired most his awareness of issues within some of the property; that was a big plus for me, looking at property so much you missed.
