This is the second property that I was lucky enough to have Gene represent me on. As I said in my last review I wrote when my sister's house sold, I was unexpectantly put in the situation of having to sell my late sister's house and condo. Both were in bad shape, not having any work or repairs done on them in over 15 years. I hired Gene to sell the house, thinking I would see how that went before I commented to having Gene sell the condo. Well, it didn't take long before I discovered what a gem Gene is and signed him to sell the condo. Gene led me through the whole process, finding the best painters, plumbers, flooring and electricians. He worked not only as a realtor but also as a contractor, scheduling and following up on all the workers. He ordered and was there for the delivery of all the new appliances. I don't think I could have done it without him. Now the condo is also sold (in six days and for full asking price even with the market slowing down). If you are looking for a great realtor, especially if you are in a probate situation, do yourself a favor and hire Gene.

Gene was such a gift; I am the administer of one of my sister’s estates and by the time my other sister and I were ready to bring in a realtor we were exhausted and were thinking about going through a company that sells to investors. We just didn't think we had it in us to deal with getting the house into condition to sell on the market. Gene Brown was a fabulous agent to work with. He sold two properties for me. The first was a probate sale. I was 500 miles away from the property. Gene coordinated all the clean up, repairs painting, flooring installation, and pool repairs. I property sold for a great price. Way more that it would have sold for without the repairs and cleanup. Then, he went to work to sell my house. Again, Gene coordinated all the clean up, repairs, flooring replacement, and lighting. My home sold for an amazing price. Without Gene, the sales of these two properties would not have been nearly as successful. I loved the way he was able to take charge, cleaning up the properties and preparing them for sale.
