On a professional level, this is my second time doing business with Gene Brown. He has been instrumental in helping me sell both of my Aunts houses in San Francisco. It's no easy task to find a realtor that will go the extra mile "literally for you" like Gene has done for my family. From advice on remodeling to color schemes and flooring choices, Gene gave great advice from his vast years of experience. I chose Gene as my agent to sell my father’s house, which was in probate, after an initial meeting where he provided detailed information on sales in my neighborhood and answered my many questions on the steps to sell the house while going through the probate process.
