I recently sold my house with Genaro, he was a real estate photographer for 5 years, he took exceptional photos. The marketing he did, was above and beyond. We had a full price offer within 4 hours and under his advisement we waited. We ended up getting an extra 16K on top of our asking price and it sold over the weekend! We were worried about a low appraisal, and Genaro suggested we remove the appraisal contingency before we accept the contract.
