Genaro is an awesome real estate agent! My husband and I worked with Genaro for almost a year to find the perfect view property to build our retirement home. Genaro listened to what we wanted and was very patient. He showed us numerous existing homes and pieces of property. We made several offers which after our due diligence did not work out. Thankfully we found the right property to buy. Genaro is professional, excellent at communication and follow-through, courteous with a positive personality. I recently sold my house with Genaro, he was a real estate photographer for 5 years, he took exceptional photos. The marketing he did, was above and beyond. We had a full price offer within 4 hours and under his advisement we waited. We ended up getting an extra 16K on top of our asking price and it sold over the weekend! We were worried about a low appraisal, and Genaro suggested we remove the appraisal contingency before we accept the contract. It was a great idea that protected us from getting less then contract value. I could not be happier with my transaction with him!
