I was the administrator of the estate of my aunt, who suddenly passed away. Because of how sudden it was, there was a lot of stress and problems to deal with. The estate was in Illinois, but I live all the way in California, so I couldn’t check up on the place in person. Because I couldn’t be in Illinois, Gemini took care of the issues in my stead. There was a lot to be done, because the house was very old and worn-down. Gemini was patient and overlooked everything, while also keeping me updated on the status of the estate via email and phone calls. When plumbing in different parts of the house suddenly bursted, she was quick to get in contact with people to fix it for us at a reasonable price. After that, most of the house needed repairs, and she had contacts for that, as well. With the selling of the house, she continued to take care of the house until it was sold, making sure that it was up to the standard that was expected of the area.
