An Agent That Goes Above and Beyond

Gayle is a fantastic agent with years of experience, especially in the northshore area where we were selling our home. She was very knowledgeable about pricing and comparables and what we needed to do to prepare our home to sell. She was also very conscious of what work truly needed to be done and didn’t suggest unnecessary upgrades. When issues came up with the buyers’ inspections and we needed to do some more intense work on the house, she immediately contacted a variety of repairmen and had the work done quickly and competently. And because we had moved a distance away, she personally oversaw all the work done on the house. She made herself available at all times during the sale and closing process. And she never seemed ruffled. She was a calming presence and made the whole process go smoothly, despite the issues that arose. My husband and I cannot recommend her more highly.
