Gayle LaBonte

Gayle was the the one stop shop that I needed. I live in Broward County Fl. so Gayle had the house cleaned out and cleaned up to prepare for it's sale. She basically gave me a blueprint of how she would list the house and three breakdowns of different sale prices with complete printouts of costs and final clear amount to me at closing. She also kept me fully informed on everything to do with the sale of my property. She was also available to answer any and all questions I had along the way. After listing the property she had me a reasonable offer in two days. I am happy to say we were able to close rather quickly and I learned a lot about the closing process. I was concerned about a step or two along the way but realized in the end that she knew much more than I about what needed to be done. I am thankful for all she did and she did a lot to make things go smoothly. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.
