Gavin did an exceptional job at walking us through our first time buying a home, he answered all of our questions quickly and kindly. He helped to ensure that we got what we were looking for even though we didn't know what that was at the beginning. We absolutely love our home, and the patience and respect he showed us through out the entire process.

Gavin has a lot of local knowledge and a great sense of humor. We were home shopping from afar (Chicago), and Gavin would frequently hop over to homes of interest to share images and his impressions of the properties. His insights were very helpful and greatly appreciated. In a seller's market, Gavin provided guidance on making solid home offers, preferred loans types for this market, mortgage companies who could speed up the closing process, and local communities that could provide homes with everything on our wish list. We closed on our home in less than 30 days, and we are settling in nicely. Gavin is a true gift. We highly recommend him as a realtor.
