About Gary

I have over 30 years experience in sales and have been in real estate for over 6 years. I personally invest for myself and take on a select few clients who are interested in earning above market returns. These are returns that cannot be obtained in the stock or bond market. I keep my finger on the pulse of the real estate market in Metro Phoenix and can alway find a property with "instant" equity. Phoenix has gone through a market correction that has never been experienced before. Prices are near rock bottom; even if they are not; there is still a considerable amount of upside in each property. Average housing values are no where near "typical" values that we saw prior to the 2005 boom. If you are waiting for the bottom of the market; you will never find it until it has come and gone - then 12 months later you can know that we had bottomed out a year earlier. That's just the nature of markets. It's a buyers market...jump! Specialties: Advice to my investors - don't get greedy, strive to hit doubles , triples and an occasional home run. Build your wealth line upon line, precept upon precept. The next two years will be the last of the "Bargain Sale Basement prices".
