We were looking to buy a condo on Lake Norman. Gary had us on a Portal. A new listing came up. We were out of state. Gary immediately booked a show time and he did a video call to us. He walked us through the entire condo. He made sure everything in the unit was working (AC, dish washer, clothes washer & dryer, garbage disposal, fridge, ice maker, water, toilets, windows etc). We made an offer and he handled the rest. He made it so easy for us. Once we closed, he arranged for a house cleaner and painter to do some work for us. Great contacts at reasonable prices.
