Gary really helped by finding our new property in an excellent location. He highlighted the advantages but more importantly the disadvantages. E.g. one property we viewed had old cast iron pipes, another was lower than required sea level to obtain insurance, explored any self assessment issues. We felt safe that Gary would provide us with the best and safest information for us to make a decision. We 100% recommend Gary.

Gary was the first real estate agent that I met in Florida and we started to work together in January of 2020. We looked at a few properties and I really enjoyed working with him - he's very knowledgeable and shrewd with prices - but since he was the very first agent I had met I wanted to explore the market a bit. From February onwards, I worked with a number of agents all across South Florida. Some had more experience and some had less. The more agents I met, the more I realized I actually got very lucky meeting Gary right off the bat. He's the best agent I've worked with. I realized my mistake and got back in touch with Gary for a property in July and we just closed. Looking forward to working with Gary as my property manager as well in the future! So this review is a long way of saying, I would highly recommend Gary given the experience I had with a number of other agents and working with him to close on a purchase.

Gary was awesome!! He was keen on informing as soon as the property went on market the very same morning calling me. He then advised us accordingly in this hot market how to bid. Subsequently worked with us to close on the property informing us every step of the way. There is not a person we met who is more polite and friendlier than Gary. This was during our two week VRBO stay that we chanced on Gary being the person whom we mentioned we maybe interested. We bought the second one he showed. We endorse Gary fully and whole heartedly!!
