I had a house that I wasn’t living in but a mortgage company said they were just wanting to help get my payments lower for a time. And to be short about it every thing I did per there instructions was a fail. So I didn’t pick up my mail for 8-9 months trying to get some help from someone out there and in July I was blessed with Gary leaving me voicemail so I called him back. I had been texting another real estate investor company but was put off by them not telling me there company’s name or at least the person I texted over several days his name. So I told Gary I was meeting with them at 4pm one day and himself and his investor friend Darryl met me and I signed on to get his represent me with these people and to get offer higher as they wanted to see my last mortgage bill. They went to the house and talked to those guys and got them over double what they wanted to pay me( my house is a true fixer). Well later I met with them again and Darryl offered above what the others did and helped me with moving my furniture to a storage and gave me time to get the important stuff out of the house and helped me so much. I know they would help anyone out of a tough situation like I was. The wolf was at my door huffing and a puffin.
