There are not enough good things to say about Harlow Realty Services and the job Gary did for me. During the whole process Gary was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. Hes extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and was able to offer me great advice to steer me in the best direction. He was very organized in terms of letting me know where we were at in the process and what needed to be done next. Buying a home is a huge investment in both time and money and at no point during my experience with Gary did i feel confused about what was going on or feel like i was making a decision without having all of the facts. I also appreciated that he gave his honest opinion at every home we toured. If he saw something that concerned him he pointed it out and if i had a concern about something he gave me his honest feedback whether it was something that would change my opinion about a home or not. With Gary i felt like i had someone who was trying to assist me in purchasing the home i wanted and not someone who was trying to get me to make a quick decision so he could move on to his next client. I know that i would not be in the home i am in right now without the experience and dedication that Gary with Harlow Realty Services brought to the table. Mr Harlow sold my house in one day. He gave me excellent advice on how to de-clutter house, listened to my concerns, supplied recommendations for service professionals to do necessary repairs, nailed an appropriate selling price, accompanied me to shop for new home, and explained clearly the selling process so that there were no surprises. He was easy to work with too. No drama and no pushing his own agenda. I most appreciated his patience and willingness to let me do things at my own pace.

Gary was great in guiding us through the process of buying our first home, a very intimidating experience for a young couple wanting to build a future together! We closed on our dream home in September and Gary was our Realtor. Gary was aware of our needs and spent numerous hours showing us homes. When it came to explaining the details of the transaction contracts, he patiently pointed out the highlights and made smart recommendations on both our sale and purchase. Always very informative, he did great walking me through the process of finding and buy my first house. He really listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. He did a very good job keeping me calm through the troubling process of bidding and waiting on signing day! Not to mention his speed at which he responds to everything. He always answers you quickly, if I didn't know any better I would say I was his only potential buyer when I was working with him!!! He even sold my house and he did just as good of a job.
