Downsizing is not fun, but it was time. Gary, after quizzing us about our lifestyle, suggested 2 places for viewing; we signed on one the next day. He started us preparing for showing then listing our home as he helped us navigate the documents required to purchase our new home. He explained things and was present constantly to guide us.
