Gary has been extremely responsive and continues to offer help with recommendations for our remodel after the new purchase. He was very fair working between the seller and myself as the buyer. I highly recommend him as an agent and as an advisor.

Gary took time to get to know what we liked about our current home, what we were looking for in our new home, and whether we could get all of the things we wanted within our price range. Not only did he accomplish everything we asked, he also provided us with helpful insight about the market and helped us understand some of the decisions we needed to make regarding the sale of our old home. He was kind and conscientious, and walked us through the process with knowledge that comes with experience. We truly appreciate how simple he made the home search process for us!

Downsizing is not fun, but it was time. Gary, after quizzing us about our lifestyle, suggested 2 places for viewing; we signed on one the next day. He started us preparing for showing then listing our home as he helped us navigate the documents required to purchase our new home. He explained things and was present constantly to guide us. His vast experience and knowledge took the fear out of making mistakes or omitting important details. In short, Gary was an indispensable asset, he still checks on us as we unpack. I can't imagine there is a better realtor out there.
