Gary, Was an absolute professional, and was great to work with thru-out the whole process of selling our home. Gary's negotiation skills were very impressive, and valuable in selling our house. His staff was also very well trained, helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Coastal Realty to anyone wanting to sell a home.
We have been working with Gary since 2003 and have done 6 transactions with him. Obviously, we value his service! He ansi manages our rental properties. He has advised on 1031 exchange properties was well.
We have known Gary in two roles for our real estate needs: first for managing our rental property in Santa Barbara for nearly 18 years and then to market and sell the same property. In both roles he and his team has been outstanding. We decided to sell our condo during the 2020 virus crisis and were concerned how the sale would be handled. Gary excelled on several fronts. His advice turned out to be both correct and beneficial for us. He advised us how much to spend on remodelling before putting the property on the market and he oversaw the repairs, making sure everthing was being handled in a professional manner and at a fair price. He helped us navigate the added complexities inherent in buying and selling real estate during the covid crisis. Most importantly he acted as a buffer so that the entire process was stress-free for us. Every issue that arose during the sale was resolved by Gary without causing any stress to us. He advised us on pricing the property at a level that ended up getting us more than we expected. We have had the opportunity to work with real estate agents in Arizona, Michigan and California and we rate Gary and his team as head and shoulders above the rest. We highly recommend Gary Goldberg. He will guide you on every step and get you the best deal without causing the usual stress that most financial transactions cause.
Gary is a master of his market. He communicates effectively just when needed He managed to exceed our expectations and that ain't easy. Thank you Gary.
Gary's professionalism, extensive experience, expertise and his very helpful, supportive staff led us to a timely successful outcome---the same of our house.
We've purchased 2 homes and sold 1 home using Gary in the last 5 years. He always proves to be a wealth of local knowledge and is always helpful in seeing deals get finalized in a fair manner for both sides. He is especially great with families and engages the entire family (kids included!) in the process to make it as enjoyable as home buying and selling can be.
Gary Goldberg and his team at Coastal Properties were outstanding in their listing and selling of our Ventura Pierpont Beach condominium. Gary’s signage, Realtor’s Walk Through, Open Houses, and working with Ventura Realtors was A+! We highly recommend Gary and his professional staff for seeing that both buyer and seller are very happy. Gary Goldberg is amazing!
This is our second sell with Gary and he represented us on a buy as well. Gary and the Coastal Properties team go above and beyond our expectations. They are incredibly focused, results driven, compassionate, and customer service focused. I would not think about a real estate transaction without having Gary and team representing my interests and service expectations. They are results focused and provide incredible value through the entire process.
