Gary was the right person for us. His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. He had the answers to our questions before we even asked. The amount of time he spent on our transaction was well above anything I have ever seen before. Our transaction went through quickly with no problems. I would use him again.
Gary and his team do an outstanding job of making the sale of your home headache free. Not only is his staff pleasant to converse with, but they really know what they're doing. I will continue to recommend Gary to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Santa Barbara area.
Gary was oh so instrumental in helping us with a difficult transaction. He worked closely with us and went above and beyond to close. We highly recommend Gary!
There is no one I would rather have by my side when buying or selling a house in Santa Barbara than Gary Goldberg. He guided us through the sale of an historic Santa Barbara property, and was unperturbable when unforeseeable issues arose threatening the deal. Gary was creative and found solutions to all impediments, allowing all of us to remain focused on the ultimate goal of capturing the value of the property. Thanks to Gary and his absolutely amazing support team, we were able to showcase the beauty of our property, disseminate the opportunity to high quality buyers, and close the deal at an excellent price. If you are buying or selling in Santa Barbara, you can’t do better than Gary and his team.

Gary and his team worked very hard to find us our dream home in Montecito. He took us and showed us every home for sale in our price range. He gave us his honest opinion of the pros and cons of each property. We could not of asked for anything more. We are extremely happy with our choice.
Gary and his team were extremely efficient, respectful and professional. The whole process went very well from start to finish. I highly recommend their expertise.
Gary Goldberg has an excellent Team at Coastal Properties. Gary miraculously sold our home with a broker caravan followed by one open house. The house sold for more than asking price. This was exactly what Gary said would happen. Gary Goldberg was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He outlined the process for our family and was patient with our timing. We followed his recommendations and found them to be spot on. His recommendations for consultant services were excellent. I would recommend Gary Goldberg and Coastal Properties for any real estate transactions. They are the best!

Once we made the hard decision to sell the home that our family had owned for 57 years, Gary made the process comfortable. Gary has many years of experience in the Santa Barbara market and presented professionally both at the house we were selling and at his office. He clearly outlined the process, gave us suggestions for staging the home, gave us contacts for appraisers and cleaning services and defined a timeline. He was able to get us above both the appraised value and the asking price in a timely manner. He and his team made what could have been a difficult process, one that was very manageable.
Gary Goldberg and their outstanding Real Estate Team sold our property within 72 hours (3 days) of listing while closing escrow in only 37 calendar days & well above our asking price! We’re truly grateful to Gary, Janessa & Team for our outstanding results!
