My adult daughter decided she wanted to move from NJ to FL. She began her house search online... and connected with Gary by sheer luck. Gary made us feel at ease the entire time with his knowledge of the Dunnellon area and his knowledge of the building industry, his willingness to visit the construction site and send us innumerable photos during the process, his attention to detail and unending patience as we asked question after question, and of course, his understanding of the process as a whole. Not only did Gary successfully help us purchase and close on this new house for my daughter, but he was essential in helping us to purchase the vacant lot next to my daughter's new house... [a lot that was NOT listed for sale]. He hunted down names and phone numbers, and again provided invaluable guidance and information during the process of buying that land. We now consider Gary our "go-to-man" in FL real estate... and quite frankly, an honorary member of the family!
