When it was time to look for a new house, I gave Gary my wish list and he set out to show me as many properties as he could find that fit my requirements and fell within my budget. While I have a defined set of neighborhoods to search in, Gary went above and beyond to look in some of the adjacent communities to see if there were any opportunities that were eluding my searches. He found a house just outside of my search radius that he insisted we look at and we ended up falling in love and making an offer. The sellers were very difficult to deal with but Gary insulated us from that and made the process as easy a possible, never pushing us one way or the other, but always be open for advice as we needed it. We are very happy with our new home and the services that Gary provided to get us here. Without him we would have never found this house!
