From the beginning to the end Gary and Sharon were amazing. They kept our heads high even when when didn't get the first house. They helped us through the whole process when we found the ONE! Being our first home I am so happy with how we got here and this actually happened. If it wasn't for them being there every step of the way making us feel like family I think it would have been very stressful. They made the process smooth and happy for us and in the end found our first time family home! When we need another home we will definitely be calling them up!

Gary was knowledgable, and did his homework in listing our mother's home for us. He knew the area and how to adequately price it. By comparing homes in the area he was able to give us what he felt was a good market value to list at. He gave us tips on preparing the home for sale, which saved us time in the long run for when the right buyer came, which was in four and a half days!!! A record sale. He is prompt, on the ball, and professional. Gary goes out of his way to put you, the seller, at ease, knowing everything will be taken care of on his end. I just want to gush about my wonderful Realtor Gary Ferro. I am a first time home buyer, and was almost totally in the dark regarding the loan process. From day one, Gary helped me understand the mortgage process, answered all my tests and calls promptly, and dealt with my (slightly overbearing) needs and wants as I exploired my options for my first home. I had particular needs when it came to the house I wanted, and I looked and looked for anything in my price range. This included less than reputable HUD houses that were in my price range, but not at all good as a starter home as they needed lots and lots of work. Gary, knowing my inexperience, was able to logically talk me through issues rangin from a leak in a wondow being indicative of deeper damage, flooded basements and their repair cost, and the dangers of mold and mildew in some of the worst homes. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful when it came to what needed to be done, but his permonality is likebale and relateable. Every house I looked at with my boyfriend, Father, and friends. By the time we were finished, I swear my father and Gary were best friends. At one point, my best friend and Gary had a conversation about music that was so enthusiastic, I had to smile and walk away. His overall demeanor was a joy every time I saw him (which was often) and I always felt thrououghly pleased when we would walk up a new driveway and explore a potential new home. To all those at Keller-Williams, or any potential new clients of Gary's, I just want to say that you couldnt ask for a better realtor, employee, mor man to work with you. I certainly will be referring him to anyone and everyone I know who would be buying or selling their home.
