The Ferro’s were recommended to me after my first agent didn’t work out. During our first initially meeting we spoke about what I was looking for in a home and everything was explained to me on how the process was going to work. Both Gary and Sharon were extremely attentive to my wants and needs when looking for a home. At that time the market was very crazy and home were selling quite fast. Gary and Sharon were just incredible throughout the entire homebuying process. They work as a great team and provide all information that would be needed to make an informed purchase. Starting with home walkthroughs that were easy to schedule, the Ferro team gave insight on home condition, neighborhood reviews, pricing compared to similar homes in the area, etc. They patiently showed us dozens of homes within our target area specifically reaching out when new homes were listed that they felt would be a good fit for our family. The entire process took months due to me and my husband's many wants/needs when it came to purchasing our first home. Once we finally decided on a home that we wanted to put an offer on, the Ferro team made the process as easy as possible. They dealt with all of the paperwork in a timely efficient manner and answered all questions within their realm while referring me to the appropriate source, like an inspector and mortgage broker when needed.
