Gary was incredibly helpful with selling this property. It was a tricky sale in that the HOA was disorganized, and we had a tight deadline upon which we needed to complete the sale. This was our first experience selling a property belonging to an HOA, and Gary was very helpful in navigating that process, helping us coordinate the necessary parties and providing guidance for moving everything along. He was also very sharp in terms of pricing this to help move the property by our deadline, and he was right on the mark.
