Gary was incredibly helpful with selling this property. It was a tricky sale in that the HOA was disorganized, and we had a tight deadline upon which we needed to complete the sale. This was our first experience selling a property belonging to an HOA, and Gary was very helpful in navigating that process, helping us coordinate the necessary parties and providing guidance for moving everything along. He was also very sharp in terms of pricing this to help move the property by our deadline, and he was right on the mark. Gary helped us buy our property in 2018. Even though it was a bit out of his service area, he was receptive to our needs and familiar with the area, and helped us find a perfect purchase for our first home. Seven years later, we decided to move out of state for work and were happy to have Gary help us with the sale. He truly went above and beyond in helping us with the property, making sure it presented well, helping us with renovations and updates through his contacts, and making a lot of time for showings. He helped us with all of this while we were across the country even! Making the job much harder for him I'm sure. He also was very helpful in educating us through the process to make sure we were doing everything by the letter.
