Gary was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable in the process of selling our house. He fully explained the process that we would go through and patiently answered our questions. Gary negotiated a good price for the house and while it was a difficult to estimate an asking price due to the unique character of the house, we finished with a higher price that originally anticipated. Notably the house sold very quickly. Gary also negotiated a closing date that was longer than originally requested but which suited our purposes. Overall we encountered no problems with the sale. Gary is a very personable, friendly person who has a very positive outlook and maintained his professionalism even through some very difficult personal times during the process of selling the house.
