Garth is an incredibly knowledgeable and attentive real estate agent that we will gladly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell; he is very trustworthy and familiar with every step of the home buying process. We were looking to buy a house in a fairly short amount of time, and Garth not only made that happen but he made the process enjoyable for us! From day one, he was transparent and talked us through what to expect throughout. Garth made sure we were prepared and comfortable with every decision that was made. He responded quickly as we moved forward, but he was never forceful and always put our best interests first. He was patient in answering all of our questions honestly and thoughtfully, as he knew the process can be daunting (especially for first-time buyers).
