Selling a house to overseas buyers can be difficult. Both Gary and Alex handled it all very smoothly and efficiently took care of issues as they arose. This is my third time using the Newman team. My houses range from a 1765 farmhouse to a 1895 Victorian. Garry Newman understood the market - sharing the previous comps, and competitive listings (higher and lower) building us on the right price for closing in our timeframe. He provided end-to-end service from the first walk-through, evaluating what needed to be improved on the property for sale to identifying the resources we needed to get that done. Delivering a spreadsheet of actions and managing those until completion. He communicated daily and was responsive to every question we had. He guided us through every step of the process and the paperwork and handled the closing. Due to his hard work and diligence, we got our asking price, and the property looked awesome at the close. I highly recommend them. They worked so hard and delivered great results!

Garry earned his title "the closer." Garry was knowledgeable, available, & created a stress free buying experience. He accompanied to us to see different houses, met with us before open houses to give us a briefing, was available by phone for questions, and helped us craft an on target offer. He facilitated all necessary paperwork expediently. He recommended an excellent building inspector and came to both the inspection and the closing. He communicated effectively with the sellers agent to have our questions and concerns addressed. He was professional throughout. He even made himself available despite a personal health emergency. If you need a real estate agent, this is your guy. His son Alex was also an important part of the process and similarly made himself available and helped guide us.
