I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I have a strong background in the Default and REO sales space. I have many re-sale, new construction, and investor clients. I have sold a property in almost every situation. I closed over 81 real estate transactions last year and over 150 over the last 2 years. I was the top agent in units for my entire office since 2014. I have closed over 100 REO, bank owned properties in the last 12 months. I have sold over 200 units total in the past 24 months. I have closed REO sales for Wells Fargo, BOA, Citi, FNMA, Matt Martin, Citadel, Primestar Funding, Impac Mortgage Corp. and several other banks and Asset Managers.. I have completed over 5000 BPO/CMA’s for banks and asset managers since 2011. I am a tech savvy agent in the competitive Philadelphia and Philly Suburb market. I am a cloud-based agent, and can sell a house anywhere in the state of PA, and can conduct the transaction from anywhere in the world where there is an internet source.
