He offers an amazing service where he will repair and/or renovate your home preparing it to receive top dollar offers. What I love about this service is that it provides a full cycle process which motivates him to perform the best and quickest remodel so he can get it to market faster and he gets a higher commission on the sale. It’s really a win win for all parties involved. Garrett is also very personable, kind, and patient. I have bought and sold many homes and Garrett has been by far our best realtor. I highly recommend him as a home remodeler and realtor!
