Garrett was outstanding from the first meeting to closing. We didn’t know him prior to working with him but he treated us like family and friends. He went way beyond typical realtor expectations. What I love about this service is that it provides a full cycle process which motivates him to perform the best and quickest remodel so he can get it to market faster and he gets a higher commission on the sale.
