When I was searching for my previous property, he was a selling agent at one of the open houses. Something about his friendliness and non-pressure attitude impressed me greatly. He provided the perfect amount of information I needed to explore the open house and answered my questions concisely. This introduction with Garrett is what made me come back when it was time to sell/buy. For being a buyer and seller, there are tons of paperwork and general complication/worry to consider. Garrett did a very good job on taking the time to explain things and ease any concerns we might have had. He kept communication lines open at all times and responded quickly to all communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We first met Garrett at an open house. He was so friendly and easy going. We appreciated that he gave us space and let us walk around the property without hovering or interrupting to ask questions or push information. So, when we were ready to sell/buy our homes, we researched him (he has a great video and information out on the web), and then invited him over to share our plans and see what he could do for us. He was so informative and really new the market and business well. For the selling of our homes, we had strong offers within a day of putting the homes on the market. He has a great team between his photographer and person he recommended to help us 'stage' a home. All contributed to the great amount of interest in our homes and the offers right away! And the closing process went really smoothly with his help. We also purchased a home through Garrett. It was an emotional deal - for our dream home, our offer was not accepted at first. The sellers selected another offer first. But those buyers backed out and Garrett was quick to respond and the next thing we knew, we were in contract and now have purchased and moved into our beautiful new family home! Garrett helped make that happen and we so appreciate all he did for us - the late-night calls, and patience with so many of our questions. Also, it seems like everywhere we went through the process of selling and buying, whether it was talking to Title companies or financial companies, everyone always said Garrett was one of the best and told us we were in really good hands!! We highly recommend Garrett Lafferty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!
