We found Garrett by chance. We saw a house on Zillow that we wanted to tour and Garrett was the agent we were set up with. What a fortuitous pairing that was for our family! Garrett was tasked with some very difficult “must haves”. As a multigenerational family seeking lots of separate spaces, a least two first floor suites, guest rooms and a beautiful lanai with a pool he had his work cut out for him.
