Garren helped the reviewer buy this property

An Experienced, Knowledgeable, Negotiation Expert

My husband and I live in Canada and were looking for an investment/vacation property in the Naples or Bonita Springs area. Garren Grup came highly recommended to us by friends who had purchased a property in Bonita Springs. It was quickly apparent that Garren was very professional, reliable, and knowledgeably about the real estate market.

After several weeks of communicating with Garren we made a trip down to Bonita Springs where he spent two days showing us over 15 properties. As Garren is experienced in dealing with foreign investors, he understood how to efficiently navigate through all of the properties to make the best time out of a very tight schedule. For each property that we viewed he provided us with valuable insight to the area, the home and the complex. He was always honest and straight forward which we really appreciated!

Prior to returning Canada, we discussed our interest in two properties with one being our primary choice. With his effective negotiations we signed a contract and closed on our property within 6 weeks. We never anticipated that we would find a property on our first trip down let alone be an owner within six weeks!! Garren guided us though the entire purchasing process and continues to assist us with any questions or concern we have.

He is an excellent Realtor who became a friend and we would not hesitate to recommend or use him again!!!
