Garren Grup

My husband and I live in Canada and were looking for an investment/vacation property in the Naples or Bonita Springs area. Garren Grup came highly recommended to us by friends who had purchased a property in Bonita Springs. It was quickly apparent that Garren was very professional, reliable, and knowledgeably about the real estate market. <br/><br/>After several weeks of communicating with Garren we made a trip down to Bonita Springs where he spent two days showing us over 15 properties. As Garren is experienced in dealing with foreign investors, he understood how to efficiently navigate through all of the properties to make the best time out of a very tight schedule. For each property that we viewed he provided us with valuable insight to the area, the home and the complex. He was always honest and straight forward which we really appreciated! <br/><br/>Prior to returning Canada, we discussed our interest in two properties with one being our primary choice. With his effective negotiations we signed a contract and closed on our property within 6 weeks. We never anticipated that we would find a property on our first trip down let alone be an owner within six weeks!! Garren guided us though the entire purchasing process and continues to assist us with any questions or concern we have. <br/><br/>He is an excellent Realtor who became a friend and we would not hesitate to recommend or use him again!!!

Finding a realtor that is more professional and competent than Garren is an impossible task. I am not a first time home buyer or seller and I wish I had found Garren sooner. He was extremely responsive, motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done well. Garren is very savvy and extremely knowledgeable. His dedication is short of amazing. As long as I am in Naples, I will only work with Garren. He exceeded our expectations!

Garren exceeded our expectations! Since we were new to the process, we didn't really know what to expect. After talking with friends and their disappointments with realtors they worked with, we were a little nervous in finding a realtor we could trust. Garren was personable, motivated and his intentions were always in our best interest. We were expecting the process to be strenuous and time consuming starting with the process of finding a house all the way through finalizing the sale and it ended up being straight forward and not as stressful as I thought it would be. He even stayed with us on a Friday night until midnight making sure we would get an offer in. Even after the final sale, he still checks in from time to time to see how things are going and if he can be of any assistance. I would recommend Garren to any one of my closest friends and family. I am a huge believer in that if you respect someone, you should receive it in return and I never once felt stupid, uninformed or incompetent with going through this process as a newbie. Garren always made sure to answer all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Anyone who works with him will not be disappointed.
