I’ve known Gail for many years, but this was my first time working with her as my agent and she was absolutely amazing to work with. I am a first-time buyer and when I came to Gail asking about the process, she had so many different resources for me. She spent time explaining the process, what I would need to do in preparation and even shared some starting contacts for me too. I can't even explain how helpful this was for me starting out. During my search, she was available whenever I had questions, diligent in helping me weed through many options on the market, and had extensive knowledge and resources to help know what to look out for that may be significant concerns long term. Again, as a first-time buyer, this was a huge help since I had no prior experience to draw from. And finally, when I went under contract, she made it an incredibly easy process. In an experience with so many things to remember and decisions to make, she would keep me updated on deadlines and to-do's so that I never missed anything. And in my case, the seller's agent was unfortunately not the most detailed or kindest professional to work with, yet Gail handled it all with integrity and kindness, always keeping my best interest in mind and making sure that everything was completed. I've heard many horror stories from friends and family about their experience with their realtors, but that was so different from my experience with Gail. I'm so grateful to have had Gail as my agent. She helped me navigate a big life change with grace and as much ease as possible when buying a home. Gail was vital to the successful sale of our home. She guided through the entire process, from when we first started to consider selling, all the way through closing. She kept us informed throughout the process, and offered suggestions. She is an excellent communicator - and kept all parties in contact, i.e. the loan officer, buyer agent, repairman and most importantly myself and wife. The sale got tricky when a hailstorm hit the property and we were faced with an unexpected insurance claim, that had a potential to derail the sale. She worked with the roofer and buyer's agent to come up with a plan to fix the damage and meet all contractual concerns. We were able to close, with only a slight delay. If Gail had not been proactive in developing and communicating a recovery plan, the sale most likely would have collapsed. She turned a potentially harmful situation into a successful outcome. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.
