My brothers and I recently sold our late Mom’s family home of 50 years. Gail provided much needed advice and guidance during this process. Because of her expertise and knowledge of the area, the house sold quickly and we were able to get the price we set. I plan on asking Gail to be my agent again to sell my condo this fall. She knows this business!

I first met Gail on a Monday to inquire about hiring her to sell a condo. She was very well prepared for this initial meeting, and had helpful answers to all my questions. I hired her on the spot. On Friday of that same week, I accepted an offer for more than the asking price. The sale successfully closed three weeks later. I was very satisfied with her performance on this sale, and would use her again.

From the first minute I contacted Gale she handled everything promptly and professionally. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions regarding the purchase of my condo.

This is my 2nd transaction with Gail this year. I had to move to another city for a job transfer right in the middle of renovating the house I was trying to sell. Gail took over the whole process. She has all of the contracting connections to handle about anything. House turned out beautiful and sold over asking. She earned every cent of her commission. She is a realtor you can trust to get things done.

Selling my condo in Florida while in Canada was stressful for me. This all changed when Gail took on the job. At the age of 86 years I had my son and daughter involved my requirements for the sale. Gail was wonderful. She went above and beyond the call to ensure we understood the requirements when selling in a foreign country. She was reliable, patient, clearly explained what was required, never kept us waiting when we had questions or concerns, followed up in a timely manner any issue that came up. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the United States. My son and daughter were as pleased as I was that we had her to address such an important event in our lives.
